How to use

Insert documents into the open edge of each protector so pages sit flat within the sleeve. Align the reinforced punched holes with the rings in your binder or the prongs in a folder and close the binder to secure the sleeve. For printed material, slide pages into the protector after printing to avoid smudging; the copy-proof material helps prevent toner transfer.

Recommendations

Store sheets vertically in binders to reduce bending; avoid exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods to preserve clarity. For frequent handling, use the reinforced holes and distribute contents evenly across binder rings to minimise stress on individual sleeves.
