Διαχειριζόμενο switch L2+ ALLNET ALL-SG8210PM

The ALLNET ALL-SG8210PM is a managed L2+ Gigabit Ethernet switch with eight Gigabit RJ-45 ports designed for small to medium network environments. The device provides a switching capacity of 16 Gbit/s and maintains a MAC address table of 4096 entries to support efficient frame forwarding. The switch supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) to supply power to connected devices and is compliant with common IEEE networking standards, enabling interoperability with existing Ethernet infrastructure. Its compact, wall-mountable black housing helps conserve rack space and simplifies installation in wiring closets or on walls.

Advantages

The managed L2+ feature set enables VLAN segmentation, QoS configuration and advanced traffic management while keeping administrative overhead low. Eight Gigabit Ethernet ports deliver full 1 Gbit/s connectivity per port for bandwidth-sensitive devices. On-device PoE support reduces the need for separate power supplies for access points, IP phones or cameras. Compliance with IEEE 802.3 family standards ensures predictable behavior with other network equipment and simplifies integration into mixed-vendor networks.

Suitable for

• Small office or branch office networks requiring centralized management and VLAN support
• Connecting and powering IP phones, access points or PoE cameras
• Wiring closets and compact installation sites where wall-mounting is preferred
• Environments needing basic L2+ features such as QoS, link aggregation and port-based security

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the switch on a wall or place it in a suitable enclosure near your network wiring. Connect the switch to your network core or router using one of the Gigabit Ethernet ports and connect end devices to the remaining RJ-45 ports. Configure management access via the switch's web interface, CLI or management protocol according to your network policy. Enable and configure VLANs, QoS and PoE settings as required to segment traffic, prioritize critical services and provide power to PoE-capable devices. Monitor port status and link activity through the management interface to verify correct operation.

Recommendations

For stable operation, install the switch in a ventilated area with ambient temperatures within the manufacturer's specified range. When deploying multiple PoE devices, verify total available PoE budget and distribute powered devices across ports to avoid exceeding the overall power limit. Use VLANs and QoS to isolate and prioritize voice or video traffic, and enable link aggregation for higher throughput between the switch and upstream devices if supported by the network core.
