DeLOCK Σύνδεσμος καλωδίου 90° γωνιακός PG11 μαύρο ανακούφιση έλξης

The DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG11 in black is a plastic cable gland designed to provide a watertight lead-through for cables and electrical conduits. Its 90° angled shape enables installation in confined spaces while maintaining a sealed connection. The product offers strain relief to secure cables against excessive bending and movement and provides protection against dust and moisture (IP68) for reliable long-term use.

Advantages

The angled PG11 design allows routing cables where straight glands would not fit, reducing space requirements. The screw-on strain relief holds the cable securely in place to prevent slipping and reduces stress from bending and vibration. Constructed from durable black plastic, the gland resists dirt and moisture and meets IP68 requirements for dust and water protection.

Suitable for

• Automation and control cabinets
• Robotics installations
• Industrial machinery and equipment
• Electrical enclosures in confined spaces

How to use

Drill or prepare a PG11-sized hole in the housing or enclosure. Insert the angled cable gland through the opening and tighten the threaded portion to form a seal. Pass the cable through the gland and secure it by screwing on the strain relief cap until the cable is held firmly in place. Verify the seal and strain relief by checking that the cable cannot be pulled out and that the assembly is watertight.

Recommendations

Use appropriate hole-sizing tools and follow enclosure manufacturer guidelines. Select the correct cable diameter for the PG11 gland and avoid over-tightening the strain relief to prevent cable damage. For applications exposed to extreme conditions, periodically inspect the gland and replace if any signs of wear or seal degradation appear.
