DeLOCK στυπιοθλίπτης καλωδίου 90° γωνιακός PG11 μαύρο με ανακούφιση έλξης

The DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG11 in black provides a watertight lead-through for cables and electrical tubes while enabling a right-angle exit. Its compact, angled design makes it suitable for installation in confined spaces. The gland is made of durable plastic and includes a strain relief spiral to protect cables from excessive bending. Rated IP68, it provides increased protection against dust and moisture and is suitable for industrial and automation environments such as robotics and machinery.

Advantages

The angled PG11 design allows cable routing where space is limited while maintaining a secure seal. The integrated bend protection spiral offers strain relief to prevent damage to flexible cables from repeated bending or movement. The IP68 rating ensures reliable protection against dust and water ingress. The robust plastic construction provides mechanical stability and long service life in industrial applications.

Suitable for

• Cable routing in confined installation spaces
• Sealed lead-throughs for control cabinets and enclosures
• Automation, robotics and machinery installations
• Applications requiring IP68 protection against dust and moisture

How to use

Drill or prepare a PG11-sized opening in the housing and insert the cable gland so that the angled outlet aligns with the required cable routing direction. Feed the cable or electrical tube through the gland and tighten the sealing nut to secure the watertight fit. Ensure the bend protection spiral is positioned along the cable where strain relief is required. Recheck the seal after installation to confirm IP68 integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, select a cable diameter compatible with PG11 specifications and avoid sharp kinking beyond the designed bend radius. Periodically inspect the gland and the strain relief spiral for wear in environments with frequent movement or mechanical stress.
