DeLOCK Πλεκτό περίβλημα από ίνες βασάλτη 2 m x 10 mm καφέ

The DeLOCK Braided Sleeve Basalt Fibers 2m x 10mm Brown is a protective sleeve made from basalt fiber designed to shield and organize cables, tubes and wires. It measures 2 metres in length with a 10 mm diameter and is brown in colour. The sleeve offers high temperature resistance, tensile strength and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for industrial and electrical installations where mechanical and chemical protection is required.

Advantages

The basalt fiber construction provides high elasticity and flexibility while maintaining excellent impact resistance and the ability to withstand high mechanical loads. The sleeve resists many acids and alkalis and shows strong thermal stability, offering long-term protection for sensitive lines. It can be cut to length with scissors for easy, custom installation.

Suitable for

• Protecting and bundling electrical cables and wiring
• Mechanical protection for hoses and tubes in machinery
• Applications requiring chemical and temperature resistance
• Custom-length cable management in industrial and workshop environments

Key specifications

• Material: Basalt fiber
• Length: 2 m
• Diameter: 10 mm
• Product colour: Brown
• Brand: DELOCK, MPN: 20887, EAN: 4043619208876

How to use

Slide the braided sleeve over the cable bundle, hose or wire to be protected. For multiple or larger cables, pass each item through the sleeve before bundling. If a shorter length is required, trim the sleeve to size with scissors and, if needed, seal the cut end with heat shrink tubing or a suitable adhesive to prevent fraying.

Recommendations

For best results, select a sleeve diameter slightly larger than the largest cable or bundle to be covered. Avoid exposing the sleeve to open flames or temperatures beyond the specified material limits. When used in chemically aggressive environments, check compatibility with specific substances before prolonged exposure.
