DeLOCK πλέγμα θωράκισης EMI 1 m x 30 mm μαύρο

The DeLOCK EMI Shielding braided sleeve is a flexible protective cover for cables and electrical tubing that provides electromagnetic shielding and mechanical protection. Constructed from polyester with a copper protective sheath, the sleeve resists temperatures from -50 °C to 125 °C and is supplied in a length of 1 m with a diameter of 30 mm. A hook-and-loop fastener enables repeated opening and closing for easy routing or modification of cable bundles.

Advantages

The copper protective sheath offers effective shielding against electromagnetic interference, making the sleeve suitable for network equipment, measuring instruments and machines. The multifilament braided polyester structure gives high abrasion resistance, heat resistance and general weather protection for exposed cables. The integrated hook-and-loop fastening allows simple installation and repeated access to bundled cables without special tools.

Suitable for

• Cable shielding in network and telecommunications equipment
• Protecting wiring in measurement and control devices
• Bundling and protecting exposed cables and electrical tubes in machines
• Applications requiring repeated access to cable bundles

How to use

Measure the required length of sleeving and cut if necessary. Open the hook-and-loop fastener, position the sleeve around the cables or tube and close the fastener to secure the bundle. For routing through tight spaces, compress the braid slightly and guide it into position. Repeat opening and closing as needed to add or remove individual cables.

Recommendations

For effective EMI shielding, ensure the copper sheath has appropriate contact with grounded panels or cable shields where required. Avoid sharp edges that could cut the braid and observe the stated temperature limits during installation and operation.
