DeLOCK Κατανεμητής οπτικών ινών DeLOCK 87899 IP65 αδιάβροχο 2 θύρες

This lockable distribution box by DELOCK is designed for wall mounting and protects optical cables and couplings. It supports up to two SC Simplex or LC Duplex couplings and includes a splice tray for organised routing of individual fibres, ensuring optimal transmission of lightwave signals. The enclosure is made of durable ABS and is suitable for indoor and outdoor installations thanks to its IP65 dust- and waterproof rating.

Advantages

The integrated splice tray enables neat and secure fibre routing. The unit is lockable for added security and offers IP65 protection with one cable entry and two cable outlets sealed by rubber grommets. Compact dimensions (102 mm × 168 mm × 32 mm) and compatibility with cable diameters up to 10 mm make it adaptable to various installation environments.

How to use

Mount the distribution box on a suitable wall surface using appropriate hardware. Feed the fibre optic cable through the cable entry and route individual fibres into the splice tray to organise and protect splices. Fit up to two SC Simplex or LC Duplex couplings into the provided openings. Seal cable entries and outlets with the rubber grommets to maintain IP65 protection, then close and lock the cover to secure the installation.

Recommendations

For reliable outdoor performance, ensure cable glands are correctly fitted and grommets are undamaged; avoid placing the box in locations exposed to direct, long-term mechanical stress. Use suitable tools and follow fibre handling best practices to prevent fibre damage during splicing and routing.
