DeLOCK Κατανεμητής οπτικών ινών 24 Ports IP65 αδιάβροχο γκρι

The DeLOCK Fiber Optic Distribution Box 24 Port IP65 Waterproof Grey is a wall-mountable, lockable enclosure designed to protect and organize optical fibers and couplings for indoor and outdoor installations. Constructed from durable ABS and rated IP65, the box accepts up to 24 SC Simplex or LC Duplex couplings and includes an integrated splice cassette for orderly fiber routing and secure splicing.

Advantages

The integrated splice cassette allows clean routing of individual fibers and supports both mechanical and fusion splicing. The enclosure is lockable and provides protection against dust and water ingress with an IP65 rating. Two cable entries and 25 rubber-sealed cable outlets allow versatile cable feed-throughs; an additional gland can be installed on the front for another cable feed. The ABS construction and compact dimensions (270 mm × 330 mm × 100 mm) make it suitable for durable indoor and outdoor deployment.

How to use

Mount the distribution box on a suitable wall surface using appropriate fasteners. Route fiber optic cables through the provided cable entries or glands and secure them with the rubber seals to maintain the IP65 rating. Open the housing and place fibers into the integrated splice cassette to manage and protect individual fibers; perform mechanical or fusion splicing as required. Install SC Simplex or LC Duplex couplings into the adapter positions and arrange excess fiber in the cassette to avoid bends below the minimum bend radius. Close and lock the enclosure to secure the installation.

Recommendations

Use certified fiber optic tools and follow manufacturer splice procedures. Ensure cable seals are properly seated to maintain IP65 protection and avoid routing fibers with sharp bends. For outdoor installations, check mounting location for adequate drainage and protection from direct impact.
