DeLOCK 84690 Καλώδιο InfiniBand οπτικών ινών 3m 2x LC 2x ST κίτρινο

The DeLOCK 84690 InfiniBand fibre optic cable is a 3 m, yellow duplex cable designed for connecting networking equipment such as switches and media converters. It has two LC connectors on one end and two ST connectors on the other, and uses OS2 single-mode fibre with a 9 µm core diameter for long-distance, high-speed data transmission.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable supports single-mode OS2 transmission, providing low attenuation for long-distance links. The combination of LC and ST connectors offers compatibility with a range of devices. The 3 m length and duplex configuration allow straightforward point-to-point connections in rack or patch environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches to media converters
• Linking networking equipment with LC and ST ports
• Single-mode fibre links over moderate distances within data centres or network rooms

How to use

Identify the LC and ST ports on the two devices to be connected. Align and insert the LC connectors into the LC ports and the ST connectors into the ST ports until they click or lock into place. Ensure correct duplex orientation to maintain transmit/receive pairs. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this OS2 single-mode cable for long-distance and high-bandwidth links; avoid bending below the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius and keep connectors covered when not in use to prevent contamination.
