DELL Pro Desktop Speakerphone SP3022

The DELL SP3022 Universal Speakerphone is a compact wired conference device designed for clear voice capture and playback in small meeting rooms, home offices, and on-the-go conferencing. With an 80 dB signal-to-noise ratio and a frequency response tailored for speech and multimedia, this speakerphone connects via USB Type-C and fits into tight workspaces thanks to its small footprint (71 mm × 226 mm × 58.7 mm) and lightweight construction (0.324 kg). The omnidirectional microphone captures sound across 120–7000 Hz with 72 dB sensitivity, while the speaker covers a wide audio range for intelligible conversations and calls.

Its omnidirectional microphone picks up participants around the device without the need to reposition hardware, and the 80 dB signal-to-noise ratio helps maintain speech clarity in typical office environments. The compact dimensions and low weight make the unit easy to transport and position on desks or small conference tables.

Recommendations

For best call quality, place the device on a stable, flat surface away from strong background noise and reflective surfaces. Keep the cable routed to avoid tension or strain on the connector. Use system audio settings to set the SP3022 as the default device for both microphone and speakers to prevent audio routing conflicts during meetings.
