DELOCK 80949 cable markers are plastic identification rings created for cables with diameters between 1.5 and 2.5 mm. Supplied as a pack of 50, each marker slides onto small-diameter wires to provide visible identification and help keep wiring runs organized in electrical, networking and electronic projects.

Advantages

The markers are made of durable plastic that resists cracking and provides stable fit on wires of the specified diameter range. Their compact ring design allows installation without additional tools on compatible cables and keeps labels in place during handling. A standardised pack quantity of 50 makes it easy to plan small- to medium-scale installations or maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Identification of single-core and multi-core cables with Ø 1.5–2.5 mm
• Labeling wires in electrical distribution, control cabinets and junction boxes
• Organizing wiring in networking equipment, small electronic devices and prototypes

Key specifications

• Material: plastic
• Compatible cable diameter range: 1.5–2.5 mm
• Pack quantity: 50 pieces
• Form factor: ring-style slip-on marker

How to use

Slide a marker onto the cable by opening or threading it along the wire until it reaches the desired position. Place markers near termination points, connection blocks or periodic intervals along a run to indicate circuit, function or destination. Use multiple markers or combine with additional labeling methods where more detailed information is required.

Recommendations

Use these markers on cables that fall within the specified diameter range and avoid forcing them onto thicker conductors. For permanent installations, verify material compatibility with the installation environment and complement ring markers with printed or colour-coded tags when alphanumeric information is necessary.
