Datalogic WLC4090 Σταθμός βάσης / ασύρματος φορτιστής Multi-Interface 433 MHz

The Datalogic WLC4090-WH-433 stands apart from ordinary charging cradles by combining high-speed 433 MHz wireless data collection with intelligent battery charging in a single rugged unit. While many base stations only recharge batteries, this model actively communicates with Datalogic PowerScan 8000 and 9000 series scanners, enabling real-time data transfer and remote configuration without sacrificing charging efficiency. It is an essential companion for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing floors where uptime and seamless connectivity are critical.

Highlights

• 433 MHz RF communication for reliable, cable-free data transmission from compatible scanners.
• Multi-interface connectivity: RS-232, USB (HID/COM), and Keyboard Wedge for flexible host integration.
• Simultaneous battery charging and data exchange, reducing scanner downtime.
• Industrial-grade ABS housing with desk or wall mounting options for versatile installation.
• LED indicators for power, charge status, and communication status at a glance.

In daily use

Place the WLC4090-WH-433 on a desk or mount it on a wall near your workstation. When a Datalogic PowerScan PM8300, PM8500, PM9300, or PM9500 scanner is placed in the cradle, it automatically begins charging its battery while maintaining an active 433 MHz link to the base. Scanned data flows instantly to your host system via the selected interface—RS-232 for legacy equipment, USB for modern PCs, or Keyboard Wedge for applications that require keystroke emulation. The base can also remotely configure scanner settings, eliminating the need for manual reprogramming. With an operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C and robust ABS plastic, it withstands the rigors of industrial environments.
