Cudy GS1028ES2 26-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch με 2 Combo SFP

In a small office wiring closet, the Cudy GS1028ES2 connects 24 workstations and two servers over Gigabit Ethernet, with two combo SFP ports for fibre uplinks to a core switch. Its fanless design keeps the rack quiet, and the 52 Gbps switching capacity handles simultaneous large file transfers without bottlenecks.

Why choose it

This unmanaged switch delivers plug-and-play simplicity with no configuration needed. The combo SFP ports offer flexible fibre connectivity for longer distances or uplinks. Its fanless operation means zero noise, ideal for open offices or quiet environments. The sturdy metal housing and 1U rack-mount brackets ensure reliable installation in standard 19-inch racks.

Ideal use cases

• Small to medium business networks needing high-speed wired connectivity
• Connecting multiple devices in a single rack or wiring closet
• Extending networks with fibre uplinks via SFP modules
• Environments where noise must be minimized, such as offices, classrooms, or clinics

Good to know

The switch supports auto-negotiation on all copper ports, automatically adjusting speed and duplex for optimal performance. LED indicators on the front panel show power and link/activity status for easy monitoring. It operates in temperatures from 0°C to 40°C and complies with IEEE energy-efficient Ethernet standards to reduce power consumption during low activity.
