Χειροκίνητος σπειροειδής κόφτης GEFU Spiralfix 13410

The GEFU Spiralfix manual slicer (Model 13410) converts a wide variety of vegetables into long, uniform spirals quickly and with minimal effort. Inspired by the principle of a pencil sharpener, this hand-operated spiral cutter uses two high-strength blade-steel knives and an adjustable cutting wheel to produce even spirals with little waste. It includes a folding lid for filling, a detachable drive unit and splash-guard for cleaning, and a non-slip holding container for stable operation. The unit is made of stainless steel, ABS plastic and SAN, and is dishwasher-safe.

Advantages

The Spiralfix offers four selectable cutting widths (3 mm, 6 mm, 12 mm and a full-width spiral cut) and a fixed cut thickness of 2.5 mm, enabling consistent results for salads, garnishes and cooked dishes. Its crank-handle drive and secure folding lid make operation simple and safe, while the two blade-steel knives deliver long, continuous spirals with minimal scraps. The detachable non-slip container and removable drive/splash-guard simplify cleaning and storage.

Suitable for

• Making vegetable spirals from carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, radishes, beetroot, kohlrabi and potatoes

Recommendations

For safety and longevity, always run the Spiralfix with the lid closed, clean detachable components after each use, and dry blade components thoroughly before storage. Avoid forcing overly soft or overly hard items beyond the specified maximum dimensions.
