Χειροκίνητη συσκευή TESA CLASSIC 56403-00000-01

The tesa Hand dispenser CLASSIC is a manual tape dispenser with a robust metal frame and an ergonomically shaped handle designed for fast and precise application of carton sealing tape. It accepts tesapack self-adhesive packaging tapes up to 50 mm wide, provides adjustable tape tension, and uses a rubber roller combined with a flexible tape-pressing wiper to ensure smooth, wrinkle-free adhesion.

Advantages

The dispenser’s solid metal construction and ergonomic handle offer durability and comfortable use during repeated packing tasks. A rubber roller and flexible wiper work together to press tape evenly onto cartons, while adjustable tension control allows matching the dispenser action to different tape unwinding characteristics. Spare parts are available to maintain long-term performance.

How to use

Place the dispenser on the edge of the carton, press the roller gently against the surface and pull the dispenser toward you to unwind and apply the tape. Maintain even pressure so the rubber roller and wiper smooth the tape onto the carton. When the required length is applied, use the cutting blade on the dispenser to cut the tape cleanly at the desired point.

Recommendations

For best results, match the tension control to the specific tesapack tape you use and store the dispenser in a dry place. Replace worn parts via the available spare‑parts service to preserve cutting performance and tape adhesion.
