C2G 0.5m Cat5e Booted Unshielded καλώδιο δικτύου patch μαύρο

The C2G 0.5m Cat5e Booted Unshielded Network Patch Cable in black is an enhanced Cat5E cable rated to 350 MHz for data, voice and video transmission. It features gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, a moulded snagless boot for strain relief and snag protection, and an unshielded U/UTP design suitable for typical LAN and home office installations.

Advantages

This 0.5 m Cat5e cable supports bandwidth-intensive applications up to 350 MHz and meets Cat5E TIA/EIA standards. The gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance, while the moulded snagless boot reduces connector snags during installation and adds strain relief. The compact length and black colour make it convenient for short patch runs and tidy cable management.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between network devices (switch to patch panel, switch to workstation)
• Home office and small office network setups
• Connecting routers, switches, modems and networked peripherals

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices until the connector latches. Use the cable for short-distance connections within racks, between patch panels and switches, or to connect endpoint devices. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; the moulded boot provides additional protection at the connector.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the unshielded cable parallel and close to strong electromagnetic sources (large motors, fluorescent ballasts). Use appropriate cable management to prevent strain on the connectors and to maintain a tidy installation. Replace cables that show visible damage to the jacket or connectors.
