Busch-Jaeger BJ 6814/HF-916 BasicLINE Ανιχνευτής παρουσίας HF 8m/10m 2CKA006800A3242

Lighting control in offices, corridors, utility rooms and bathrooms often wastes energy because lights stay on when nobody is present. The Busch-Jaeger BJ 6814/HF-916 BasicLINE HF presence detector solves this by switching lighting on only when movement is detected and switching it off after an adjustable delay.

Who is it for

Electricians and facility managers who need a reliable, flush-mounted presence detector for automatic lighting control in commercial and residential spaces. It suits anyone looking to reduce energy consumption without compromising convenience.

Main features

• High-frequency (radar) detection technology that works through thin walls and glass, unlike PIR sensors.
• 360° detection angle with a range of 10 m for walking motion and 8 m for seated activity.
• Adjustable brightness threshold from 10 to 1000 lux, so the detector only activates when ambient light is insufficient.
• Adjustable time delay from 10 seconds to 30 minutes, allowing customization for different room usage.
• Potential-free relay output for flexible integration with various lighting loads.
• Flush-mounted design compatible with Busch-Jaeger cover/frame systems.

Tips

For best performance, install the detector at a height of 2.8 m in an open area free of large metal objects that could interfere with the radar signal. Adjust the brightness threshold and time delay after installation to match the specific room usage patterns.
