Bosch Expert 2608900560 Λεπίδα σέγας Carbide 3 τεμ.

The Bosch Expert 2608900560 jigsaw blade set contains three carbide-tipped blades designed for long-life cutting of multiple building materials. Each blade is 132 mm long and packaged in cardboard for storage. These blades are intended for demanding cutting tasks where durability and the ability to cut through materials with embedded metal or nails are required.

Advantages

The EXPERT Multi Material blades feature carbide tips for extended life and resistance to wear. Their tooth spacing of 3.5–5 mm (approximately 5–7 TPI) balances cutting speed and finish, allowing effective work on aluminium, various plastics, stainless steel and wood with nails. The blades are compatible with standard jigsaw fittings and packaged for convenient transport and storage.

Suitable for

• Cutting aluminium sheets and profiles
• Working with plastics and composite panels
• Cutting stainless steel thin sections
• Cutting construction timber with embedded nails or screws

How to use

Select a blade from the pack and fit it to your jigsaw according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the blade type matches the jigsaw’s mounting system. Secure the blade and set an appropriate cutting speed and stroke for the material. Use steady feed pressure, let the carbide tip do the cutting, and avoid forcing the blade to reduce wear and prevent breakage. Replace blades when cutting quality declines or when visible wear is present.

Recommendations

For best results, use these blades with a stable clamped workpiece and adjust speed to the material: lower speeds for stainless steel and higher speeds for aluminium and plastics. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and follow the jigsaw and blade safety instructions.
