Bosch 2608667396 λεπίδα σέγας χάλυβας άνθρακα (HCS) 3 τεμ.

Bosch 2608667396 jigsaw blades (T 1013 AWP) are high carbon steel (HCS) blades with a serrated edge, designed specifically for cutting fibre insulation materials and fibreboard. The blades come in a pack of three and have a length of 250 mm and a tooth spacing of 12 mm, providing appropriate cutting performance for insulation and similar fibrous materials.

Advantages

The HCS construction offers a balance of flexibility and wear resistance for working with fibrous insulation. A serrated edge improves cutting through soft, fibrous boards and insulation without excessive tearing. The set of three blades provides spare blades for extended work sessions or replacement when a blade becomes worn.

Suitable for

• Cutting fibre insulation materials
• Cutting fibreboard and similar soft composite boards
• General jigsaw tasks on fibrous, non-metallic materials

How to use

Install the T 1013 AWP blade into a compatible jigsaw according to the tool manufacturer's blade-change instructions, ensuring the blade is securely locked. Use the jigsaw at a moderate speed suitable for fibrous materials to avoid overheating and reduce fraying. Guide the tool steadily along the cut line without forcing, allowing the serrated edge to cut through the fibre insulation or fibreboard.

Recommendations

For best results, use these blades in jigsaws that accept T-shank blades and select a cutting speed and feed rate appropriate to the insulation density. Replace blades when cutting quality decreases or when the blade shows visible wear. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when cutting insulation materials.
