Bosch 1 618 596 263 τρυπάνι τρυπάνι σφυρί 1 τεμ.

The Bosch 1 618 596 263 hammer drill bit is a single-piece, 20 mm diameter drill designed for use with rotary hammers when working in hard materials such as concrete, masonry and stone. Made to Bosch engineering standards, this drill bit combines a robust shank and tip geometry to provide consistent drilling performance and long service life for both professional tradespeople and home users facing demanding drilling tasks.

Advantages

This hammer drill bit features a solid construction that resists wear during repeated impact drilling. The 20 mm diameter and optimized tip enable precise hole positioning and efficient material removal, reducing effort and cycle time. The single-piece design eliminates weak joints and improves torque transfer from the tool to the bit, enhancing reliability during heavy-duty use.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in concrete for anchors and sleeves
• Creating fixing points in masonry and brick
• Preparing openings for pipes and conduits in stone and blockwork
• Professional renovation and construction drilling tasks
• Heavy-duty DIY projects requiring larger-diameter holes

Key specifications

• Diameter: 20 mm
• Design: single-piece hammer drill bit
• Intended tool type: rotary hammer
• Typical materials: concrete, masonry, brick, stone
• Application mode: percussion drilling with rotation

How to use

Select a compatible rotary hammer with the correct chuck or tool holder for the bit. Mark the drilling location, secure any workpieces if required, and set the rotary hammer to the hammer-drill mode. Start drilling at low speed to establish the hole, then apply steady pressure while allowing the tool to do the work. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear dust and debris from the hole to maintain drilling efficiency and prevent overheating.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection and dust extraction or a dust mask when drilling. For best results in reinforced concrete, inspect the bit tip regularly and replace it when wear reduces drilling efficiency. Match drill diameter to anchor or sleeve specifications and avoid excessive side load to preserve bit life.
