BlueOptics SFP3133BU5MK InfiniBand καλώδιο οπτικών ινών 5 m Duplex LC Duplex ST

The BlueOptics SFP3133BU5MK InfiniBand fibre optic cable 5 m Duplex LC Duplex ST is a single‑mode patch cord designed for high-speed data transmission in enterprise and data center environments. This 5 metre male‑to‑male cable combines Duplex LC and Duplex ST connectors to link InfiniBand devices, patch panels and switches. Manufactured to industry standards for single‑mode performance, the cable offers low insertion loss and high return loss for stable optical links.

Advantages

This fibre patch cord provides reliable single‑mode connectivity with low insertion loss and high return loss, supporting consistent signal quality over the specified length. The mixed connector arrangement — Duplex LC on one end and Duplex ST on the other — enables flexible interconnection between equipment with different port types without adapters. The 5 m length offers a practical balance between cable management and reach within racks and equipment cabinets. Compliance with Telcordia GR‑326‑Core and BlueOptics quality controls ensures predictable performance for critical networking applications.

How to use

Align the Duplex LC and Duplex ST connectors with the corresponding ports on the devices and insert until a secure physical connection is achieved. Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius and route it through cable managers or trays to prevent strain on the connectors. When disconnecting, pull the connector body rather than the cable jacket to avoid damaging the fibre. Verify optical link status and signal levels after installation using appropriate test equipment.

Recommendations

Store and install the cable in a clean environment to reduce contamination of connector endfaces. Use dust caps when connectors are not in use, clean connector endfaces before mating, and follow manufacturer guidelines for handling single‑mode fibres to maintain low insertion loss and high return loss.
