Καλώδιο patch οπτικών ινών CBO SFP3131GU3MK 3m 2x LC OM5 πράσινο

The BlueOptics Fiber patch cable CBO SFP3131GU3MK 3m 2x LC OM5 green is a 3‑metre duplex multimode fiber optic patch lead with two LC connectors and an OM5‑rated core. It is intended for short‑reach, high‑bandwidth links in data centres, server rooms and enterprise networks. The green jacket identifies the OM5 multimode type and provides visible routing in patch panels and cable trays. The cable is compatible with LC‑terminated transceivers, board ports and standard fibre patch panels, offering plug‑and‑play connectivity for switches and network equipment.

Advantages

This OM5 multimode cable offers low insertion loss and consistent modal performance for short‑range multimode applications. The duplex LC connectors provide reliable, keyed connections and low mating force for repeated use in patch panels and transceivers. The 3 m length balances reach and manageability in typical cabinet and rack layouts, while the coloured green jacket simplifies identification of OM5 fibre runs in mixed‑type installations.

How to use

Route the duplex cable between the source and destination ports, keeping fiber bend radius within manufacturer recommendations and avoiding tight loops or kinks. Align the LC connectors with the corresponding LC ports on transceivers or patch panels and insert until the latch clicks. Use dust caps when connectors are not in use and inspect or clean connector endfaces with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before installation to minimise insertion loss and back reflections.

Recommendations

For best performance, store and handle the cable to avoid excessive twisting or bending, maintain clear labelling in racks and patch panels to reflect the OM5 green jacket, and pair with compatible LC multimode transceivers or equipment rated for OM5. Use fibre cleaning products before each connection and follow workplace ESD and fibre safety practices.
