Καλώδιο InfiniBand CBO CBL-315-BO 15 m SFP+ πορτοκαλί, καλώδιο patch Multimode

BlueOptics InfiniBand cable CBL-315-BO is a 15 m SFP+ multi-mode patch cable in orange designed for high-speed data connections in enterprise and data center environments. The fixed-length fibre link provides a direct connection between SFP+ ports for InfiniBand or compatible networks, preserving signal integrity across 15 metres and supporting standard SFP+ transceivers. The cable's multi-mode fibre construction and SFP+ compatibility make it suitable for short- to mid-range optical links where predictable performance and easy routing are required.

Advantages

This 15 m SFP+ multi-mode patch cable ensures consistent optical performance with low insertion loss and controlled attenuation across a fixed length. The orange jacket provides clear visual identification for multi-mode installations and simplifies cable management in dense rack environments. Pre-terminated SFP+ connectivity reduces installation time and eliminates the need for field termination, while the cable design maintains compatibility with standard SFP+ transceivers and InfiniBand switches.

How to use

Route the BlueOptics 15 m SFP+ patch cable between the SFP+ ports of your equipment, ensuring connectors are clean and free of dust before insertion. Align each SFP+ connector with the transceiver port and gently insert until it clicks into place. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the cable run; follow rack and conduit routing to prevent stress. If necessary, label connection endpoints to match network documentation and verify link status through the connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use compatible SFP+ transceivers and maintain end-face cleanliness using approved fibre cleaning tools. Keep bend radius above manufacturer recommendations and avoid prolonged exposure to mechanical stress. Use the orange colouring to segregate multi-mode links from single-mode infrastructure in mixed environments for easier maintenance and troubleshooting.
