καλώδιο InfiniBand CBO 470-ACEU-BL — 3 m, συμβατό με SFP28, μαύρο

InfiniBand cable CBO 470-ACEU-BL is a 3 m, SFP28-compatible passive cable designed for server, storage and high-performance computing environments. The black jacket and moderate length make it suitable for within-rack and short rack-to-rack connections. This cable provides a direct physical link between SFP28 transceivers, ensuring consistent signal transmission for InfiniBand or compatible high-speed interconnects.

Advantages

This InfiniBand cable offers SFP28 compatibility for use with modern 25 Gbps transceivers and equipment, and its 3 m length balances flexibility with neat cable management in rack environments. The black outer jacket resists abrasion and reduces visual clutter in server rooms. The cable is intended for short-distance, high-bandwidth links where a reliable copper or twinax passive solution is preferable to active or optical alternatives.

Suitable for

• Within-rack connections between switches, servers and storage nodes
• Short rack-to-rack links in data centers and server rooms
• High-performance computing clusters relying on InfiniBand or SFP28 interconnects
• Replacing or extending existing SFP28-compatible direct attach connections

Key specifications

• Length: 3 meters
• Connector compatibility: SFP28-compatible
• Colour: black
• Cable type: InfiniBand / direct attach passive cable for short-reach high-speed links
• Designed use: server, storage and HPC interconnects

How to use

Insert each end of the cable into the SFP28 ports of the corresponding transceivers or switches until the connector latch engages. Verify link status on connected devices and ensure firmware or driver settings match the expected link speed and protocol. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it with appropriate cable management to prevent strain on the connectors. For replacement, power down equipment if recommended by the hardware vendor before unplugging existing cables.

Recommendations

Use this SFP28-compatible InfiniBand cable for short-distance, high-bandwidth links where passive direct attach solutions are supported by your equipment. Avoid excessive bending near the connector ends, and keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Check device compatibility and port settings before deployment to ensure proper link negotiation.
