Καλώδιο δικτύου BlueOptic MFP7E00-C003 OM3 3m MPO/UPC

The BlueOptic MFP7E00-C003 OM3 3m MPO/UPC is a 3‑meter multimode fiber trunk cable designed for high-density network environments. It uses laser‑optimized OM3 multimode fiber with a 50/125 µm core/cladding structure and MPO/UPC connectors on each end to support parallel optics and high‑speed links in data centers and enterprise networks. The cable is intended for short‑ to medium‑reach connections where OM3 performance and MPO connectivity simplify cabling and increase port density.

Advantages

This MPO/UPC OM3 trunk cable provides predictable multimode performance for 10G, 40G and 100G short‑reach links where OM3 fiber is specified. The MPO connector offers a compact multi‑fiber interface that reduces rackspace and simplifies patching workflows. Using laser‑optimized OM3 fiber ensures lower modal dispersion compared with older multimode grades, supporting reliable high‑speed transmission within the specified reach of OM3 systems.

Suitable for

• Data center spine‑to‑leaf and cabinet interconnects
• High‑density patch panels and MPO cassettes
• Parallel optics transceiver connections (MPO‑based)
• Short‑reach multimode links for enterprise LANs

Key specifications

• Fiber type: OM3 multimode (laser‑optimized) 50/125 µm
• Connector type: MPO to MPO with UPC polish
• Length: 3 meters
• Application: Multimode trunk for high‑density installations
• Typical use: Short‑to‑medium reach multimode links (data center interconnects)

How to use

Install the BlueOptic OM3 MPO/UPC trunk cable by aligning the MPO connectors with the equipment or cassette MPO ports, ensuring proper orientation and full seating of the connector. Avoid sharp bends and maintain recommended bend radii for multimode fiber during routing through racks and cable trays. Label both ends as required for your documentation and test the link with an appropriate multimode test method after installation to verify end‑to‑end signal quality.

Recommendations

Handle MPO connectors carefully to avoid contaminating the UPC ferrules; use connector caps when cables are not connected and clean fiber endfaces before mating. Follow OM3 installation practices, keep bend radii within manufacturer guidelines, and verify performance with an optical power meter or appropriate fiber tester when deploying for 40G/100G parallel optics or other high‑speed applications.
