Αξεσουάρ καλωδίων DeLOCK 18849

This braided sleeving by DELOCK is designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires from dirt and mechanical damage. Made of polyester with V-2 flammability classification and a 1.2 cm diameter, the sleeving is suitable for various cable management tasks and everyday installations.

Advantages

The braided sleeving is highly stretchable, enabling it to accommodate multiple cables of different diameters. It offers abrasion resistance and heat resistance for improved durability. The sleeving is reusable — cables and tubes can be added or removed several times — and it can be cut to length with a hot cutting tool for a clean finish.

Suitable for

• Organising and bundling power and data cables
• Protecting exposed wiring in workspaces and home installations
• Routing cables inside PC cases and AV cabinets
• Grouping cables in automotive or industrial applications

How to use

Slide the braided sleeving over the group of cables or wires you wish to protect. Due to its stretchable construction, expand the sleeving as needed to fit around connectors or bundles of varying thickness. If a shorter length is required, cut the sleeving to size using a hot cutting tool to seal the cut edge and prevent fraying. Rearrange or add cables by sliding them in or out of the sleeving as necessary.

Recommendations

For best results, ensure cables are clean and free of sharp burrs before installation. When cutting, use an appropriate hot cutter or soldering iron to minimise fraying and to maintain the sleeving's protective properties. Avoid exposure to direct flames and follow local safety guidelines regarding cable routing and fire safety.
