How to use

Place the cuff on the upper arm at heart level and ensure a snug but comfortable fit according to the cuff markings. Insert AAA batteries and turn the unit on; select the user profile if multiple users are registered. Start an automatic measurement and remain still and relaxed while the device inflates and records readings. After measurement completes, read systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure values from the LED display. Remove the cuff and store the monitor in a dry place when not in use.

Recommendations

For consistent results, measure at the same time of day, avoid caffeine or exercise 30 minutes prior to measurement, and sit quietly with back supported and feet flat on the floor. Consult a healthcare professional to interpret readings and establish monitoring frequency.
