Αυτοκόλλητη ετικέτα εκτυπωτή HERMA ετικέτες CD Maxi A4 Ø 116 mm

HERMA CD labels Maxi A4 Ø 116 mm are self-adhesive paper labels designed for printing and labelling optical discs. Each pack contains 20 labels arranged as 2 labels per A4 sheet, with a matte opaque white surface that prevents show-through from the disc. The labels include a positioning aid for precise dead-centre placement and are made from chlorine-free bleached paper with PEFC certification and a solvent-free adhesive; packaging is made from recycled cardboard.

Advantages

The fully opaque matte paper ensures the CD surface does not show through after application. Labels adhere reliably even in high-speed drives and deliver excellent print quality across laser printers, inkjet printers, copiers, colour laser printers and colour copiers. Production features such as an all-round protective edge and optimum flatness allow trouble-free processing. Materials and manufacturing are environmentally conscious, and free software solutions are available for label creation.

Suitable for

• Printing and labelling audio CDs, data CDs and DVDs
• Small runs and personalised disc production
• Use with home and office printers that accept A4 sheets

How to use

Prepare your artwork using the free software solutions or any label template compatible with 116 mm circular labels. Print the A4 sheets in your printer according to the manufacturer’s instructions, allowing the printed sheets to dry if necessary. Use the positioning aid on each label to align and centre the label on the disc, then peel and apply gently from the centre outward to avoid bubbles. Verify label adhesion and balance before using discs in high-speed drives.

Recommendations

For best results, test one sheet first to confirm printer settings and ink compatibility. Allow printed sheets to dry fully and ensure the disc surface is clean and free of dust before applying the label. Do not use if label covers the disc’s hub beyond the intended dead-centre area to avoid imbalance in high-speed drives.
