ASUS QG-U1050 Unmanaged 2.5G Ethernet (100/1000/2500) Λευκό

The ASUS QG-U1050 is an unmanaged desktop Ethernet switch with five 2.5G RJ-45 ports (100/1000/2500) that provides higher per-port bandwidth for wired devices. Compact and lightweight, it supports IEEE 802.3ab/bz/az/u/x standards, a 16,000-entry MAC address table and 12 V DC input, making it suitable for home and small office networks that need faster wired connections without configuration.

Advantages

The QG-U1050 removes traditional Gigabit bottlenecks by offering 2.5G speeds over standard CAT5e cables, enabling more consistent throughput for WiFi 6/7 access points, NAS devices, gaming PCs and 4K streaming equipment. As an unmanaged switch it requires no setup — just plug and play — while supporting priority, EEE, port isolation and static trunk functions to improve traffic handling and network protection.

Suitable for

• Upgrading wired links for WiFi 6/7 access points
• Small office and home networks needing higher per-port bandwidth
• Connecting NAS, gaming PCs and 4K streaming devices
• Simple plug-and-play network expansion

How to use

Place the ASUS QG-U1050 on a flat surface near your modem, router or network devices. Connect devices using standard CAT5e (or better) Ethernet cables to the RJ-45 ports. The switch is plug-and-play: supply 12 V DC power, then connect your NAS, AP, gaming PC or media device to enjoy increased wired throughput without additional configuration.

Recommendations

For best results when upgrading WiFi access points to 2.5G, use CAT5e or CAT6 cables and ensure the connected devices support 2.5G speeds. Keep the switch in a ventilated location and avoid covering it to maintain reliable operation.
