EUROLITE 30207210 with threaded nut is a panel-mount fuse holder designed to accept cartridge fuses and provide a secure, serviceable electrical connection. The unit is intended for fixed installation in control panels, housings or equipment enclosures where a compact, mountable fuse holder is required for protection and easy fuse replacement. It is suitable for repair, maintenance and custom electrical assemblies that need a reliable fuse mounting solution.

Advantages

The threaded nut allows firm panel mounting and prevents loosening during vibration or frequent access. The construction offers stable electrical contact for cartridge fuses and simplified replacement without opening the main enclosure. The compact design minimises space usage in control panels while providing convenient front- or rear-access installation depending on panel layout.

How to use

Drill a correctly sized hole in the panel and insert the fuse holder barrel from the desired side, then secure it with the supplied threaded nut so the holder sits firmly in the panel. Connect supply and load conductors to the holder's terminals following correct polarity and wiring practices. Insert the appropriate cartridge fuse rated for the circuit and verify that the fuse sits securely in the contacts before re-energising the circuit. Perform a visual and continuity check after installation to confirm correct wiring and contact integrity.

Recommendations

Use cartridge fuses with ratings that match the circuit requirements and conform to applicable safety standards. Ensure panel thickness is compatible with the threaded nut depth and avoid overtightening to prevent housing damage. Disconnect power before replacing fuses and use protective equipment when working on live installations. Regularly inspect contacts for corrosion or looseness in environments with vibration or humidity.
