Armor μελανοταινία θερμικής μεταφοράς AWR 8 κερί 50 mm μαύρη

Printing crisp, durable labels on paper and synthetic materials often fails when using low-quality ribbons that smudge or fade during handling and storage. The Armor AWR 8 wax thermal transfer ribbon eliminates that frustration by delivering sharp, reliable black prints for general-purpose labeling across shipping, logistics, retail, and inventory workflows.

Who is it for

This ribbon is built for businesses and operators using flat-head thermal transfer printers who need consistent, high-contrast barcodes, text, and graphics on vellum, coated paper, and synthetic substrates like polypropylene, polyethylene, and PET. It is an ideal choice for warehouses, distribution centers, and retail back offices that require dependable output without frequent ribbon changes.

Main features

• Wax-based ink formulation for excellent print darkness and edge definition on standard label materials.
• 50 mm width and 300 m length reduce downtime by fitting high-volume print runs with fewer roll swaps.
• Ink-out winding and 1-inch core ensure compatibility with a wide range of flat-head thermal transfer printers.
• Supports print speeds up to 250 mm/s (10 ips), keeping pace with fast-moving production lines.
• Good smudge resistance and moderate scratch resistance protect labels during normal handling and shipping.
• RoHS and REACH compliant, meeting strict environmental and safety standards.

Tips

For best results, match this wax ribbon with paper or coated paper labels when high print speed is a priority. If labels will face harsh abrasion or chemical exposure, consider a wax-resin or resin ribbon instead. Always verify that your printer accepts 50 mm wide ribbons with a 1-inch core and ink-out winding before loading.
