Αποσβεστήρας EFB Elektronik PRO-VIB01

The EFB Elektronik PRO-VIB01 is a compact damper engineered to reduce transmitted vibrations and improve stability across a range of small devices and assemblies. With a 10 mm height and a combined plastic and rubber housing, this vibration isolator is built for continuous use where reliable damping and long service life are required. Its unobtrusive black finish integrates with many installations without drawing attention.

Advantages

The design combines a rigid plastic shell with an elastic rubber element to deliver consistent energy absorption and durable performance. The 10 mm profile makes the damper suitable for low-clearance applications while the materials resist deformation and provide repeatable isolation characteristics. The compact footprint simplifies retrofitting and assembly in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Isolating vibration on small electronic enclosures and control boxes
• Reducing structure-borne noise from equipment mounted on desks or racks
• Protecting delicate components in compact mechanical assemblies
• Use in prototypes and jigs where quick installation and low profile are needed

Key specifications

• Height: 10 mm
• Housing materials: plastic and rubber
• Color: black
• Application type: vibration isolation / damping
• Mounting: surface-mounted small damper (requires compatible mounting surface)

How to use

Place the damper between the vibrating component and the mounting surface so that the rubber element bears the load and the plastic housing aligns with the contact surfaces. Ensure the mounting surfaces are clean and flat to maximize contact area. For most applications, a single damper is placed at each intended support point; verify load distribution and, if necessary, use multiple dampers to achieve the required isolation and stability. Check alignment after installation and perform a test run to confirm vibration reduction.

Recommendations

For best results, select the number and placement of dampers according to the weight and vibration frequency of the device. Avoid exposure to aggressive chemicals or temperatures outside the material limits of plastic and rubber. Periodically inspect the dampers for signs of wear or permanent compression and replace them if isolation performance degrades.
