Αντάπτορας ShiverPeaks αρθρωτός patch adapter Cat. 6A 08-01041-2, υποδοχή θηλυκή inline RJ45

The ShiverPeaks modular adapter Cat. 6A 08-01041-2 is an RJ45 inline coupling engineered to join two Ethernet patch cables while maintaining category-rated performance. Designed for Cat6A networks, the adapter supports high-speed links in structured cabling environments where a short inline connection, temporary extension or repair is needed without reterminating existing cables. The compact inline form factor makes it suitable for use in patch panels, rack-mounted systems, desktop setups and ad-hoc cable joins.

Advantages

This inline RJ45 coupling is built to preserve Cat6A signal integrity for short connections and repairs, reducing the need for cable replacement. Its modular design enables quick, tool-free coupling of two RJ45 terminated cables while keeping contact alignment consistent with standard connectors. The adapter helps maintain performance levels expected for Cat6A cabling, minimizing potential signal loss and maintaining compatibility with existing Ethernet cabling and equipment.

Suitable for

• Short in-line joins of two RJ45 Ethernet patch cables
• Temporary network extensions where retermination is impractical
• Quick repairs to restore connectivity without replacing entire cable runs
• Use in patch panels, deskside connections, racks and field installations

Key specifications

• Category performance: Cat 6A compatible for high-speed links
• Connector type: RJ45 female-to-female inline coupling
• Application: Ethernet patch cable joining and inline extension
• Form factor: Compact modular inline adapter suitable for confined spaces

How to use

Insert the RJ45 plug of the first Ethernet patch cable into one end of the adapter until the latch clicks, then insert the second RJ45 plug into the opposite end in the same way. Ensure both plugs are fully seated and that there is no visible damage to the cable terminations. After coupling, verify link status on connected network devices and, if necessary, test cable performance with appropriate network or cable testers to confirm category compliance for your application.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for short-term connections, field repairs and situations where maintaining Cat6A-rated performance across a brief inline join is important. Avoid relying on inline couplings as permanent substitutes for properly installed continuous cabling on long runs. For critical high-bandwidth or long-distance links, prefer direct-terminated continuous cables or professionally reterminated and certified connections.
