The Fractal Design Prisma AL-14 3P is a 140 mm case fan featuring six hub-mounted addressable RGB LEDs and a white semi-opaque outer ring that produces an even, diffused glow across the fan surface. Available in a 3-pin configuration, the fan operates at 12 V with a maximum rotational speed of 1000 RPM, providing an airflow of 107.6 m³/h and a maximum static pressure of 1.07 mmH2O. The fan measures 140 x 140 x 25 mm and combines a black-and-white aesthetic with components designed for quiet operation.

Advantages

The Prisma AL-14 3P delivers uniform ARGB lighting thanks to hub-mounted LEDs and a semi-opaque ring, while compatibility with motherboard lighting ecosystems (ASUS Aura, Gigabyte Fusion, MSI Mystic Light and ASRock Polychrome) enables synchronized color control. Low-noise design elements include silent LLS bearings, integrated vibration-damping corners and PWM-compatible control options on supported models, ensuring effective cooling with minimal audible disturbance. The 3-pack option simplifies multi-fan builds and maintains consistent appearance and performance across multiple fans.

How to use

Mount the fan in a compatible 140 mm fan slot using the supplied screws, observing airflow direction marked on the frame. Connect the 3-pin power cable to a motherboard fan header or compatible controller rated for 12 V. To integrate the fan lighting with system RGB, connect the ARGB header to a compatible controller or motherboard addressable RGB header and configure colors via the motherboard lighting software listed in the product information. For optimal cooling layout, position intake fans at the front/bottom of the case and exhaust fans at the rear/top.

Recommendations

For synchronized lighting control, use compatible motherboard software (ASUS Aura, Gigabyte Fusion, MSI Mystic Light or ASRock Polychrome) or the Fractal Adjust R1 controller for manual adjustment of colors, brightness and motion effects. Regularly check mounting screws and clean the fan blades to maintain airflow and minimize noise.
