Ανεμιστήρας Alphacool Apex Stealth Metall 12 cm 400-2000 RPM 20-29.9 dB

The Alphacool Apex Stealth Metall 12 cm fan is a case and cooling fan designed for PC systems requiring a balance of airflow, low noise and durable operation. With a rotational speed range from 400 to 2000 RPM and a maximum airflow of 76.81 CFM, the fan delivers variable cooling performance for different workloads. It features Hydro Dynamic Bearing for extended service life and reduced friction, and a chrome finish that provides a discreet metallic appearance inside modern chassis.

Advantages

The fan offers a wide speed range that supports quiet idling at low RPM and increased airflow at high RPM when thermal load rises. Hydro Dynamic Bearing improves long-term reliability and helps maintain stable operation with lower mechanical wear. The specified noise levels, starting at around 20 dB in low-speed mode and reaching up to 29.9 dB at maximum speed, allow predictable acoustic behavior in both office and gaming setups. The 12 cm diameter and compact profile make the fan compatible with standard case mounts and many cooling configurations.

Suitable for

• Case ventilation for desktop PCs
• Airflow enhancement for radiators and liquid-cooling loops
• Replacement or upgrade of existing 120/140 mm fans where space allows
• Quiet office builds and mid-range gaming systems

Key specifications

• Fan diameter: 120 mm
• Speed range: 400–2000 RPM
• Maximum airflow: 76.81 CFM
• Noise level range: approximately 20–29.9 dB
• Bearing type: Hydro Dynamic Bearing
• Finish/color: chrome/metallic

How to use

Install the fan into a compatible 120 mm mounting location on the case or radiator using the supplied screws or appropriate mounting hardware. Connect the fan to the motherboard header or fan controller matching the required voltage and control method (PWM or DC, depending on model). Configure fan curves in BIOS or software to match desired acoustic and cooling characteristics: set lower RPM for idle and light tasks, and allow higher RPM under heavy load. Ensure proper airflow direction and unobstructed intake or exhaust paths for effective cooling.

Recommendations

To extend bearing life and maintain quiet operation, keep the fan free of dust and ensure positive case airflow. Periodically inspect and clean blades and surroundings with compressed air. When installing multiple fans, balance intake and exhaust to avoid negative pressure that can draw dust into the system.
