Αναλογικό/DECT Τηλέφωνο Gigaset COMFORT 500A

The Gigaset COMFORT 500 is a cordless home and desk telephone combining an elegant design with ergonomic handling, clear acoustics and modern features. A large high-contrast TFT colour display (44 x 35 mm), illuminated keypad and easily operable large keys provide straightforward navigation. The COMFORT 500A variant adds an integrated answering machine with up to 30 minutes recording time. The device supports headset connection, hands-free speakerphone and expandable multi-handset setups for flexible placement throughout the home.

Advantages

The phone offers intuitive menu navigation, jumbo mode for extra-large digits while dialling, and programmable speed-dial keys to reach frequent contacts quickly. Advanced call protection lets you block up to 150 numbers, mute anonymous calls, set time-based ringing permissions and prioritise contacts via a VIP list. The address book stores up to 200 contacts with three numbers each and supports automatic birthday reminders and individual VIP melodies. ECO DECT reduces radiation in standby and adapts transmission power during calls for lower emission at short distances.

How to use

Place the base station near your router or desired phone outlet and register up to six compatible handsets if needed. Use the main menu and large keys to navigate through contacts and settings; enable jumbo mode for easier digit entry. To set up call protection, add unwanted numbers to the blacklist or transfer them from call history, configure anonymous call handling and define time periods when the phone should not ring. For the COMFORT 500A, record a personal greeting and configure message length; listen to messages via handset, base or remote access. For IP flex models, connect the base to the LAN port and enter your IP-based phone numbers to enable multiple lines and simultaneous calls.

Recommendations

For reliable use, register important contacts in the address book and assign VIP melodies for priority callers. Enable ECO DECT when long-range or multiple handsets are not required to minimise radiation. If you need remote message access or multiple phone numbers, choose the COMFORT 500A IP flex and connect the base to your LAN.
