Αναγνώστης ελέγχου πρόσβασης Ubiquiti UA-SK-Elevator Ethernet LAN 10/100/1000 Mbit/s

The Ubiquiti UA-SK-Elevator is an access control reader that connects to in-elevator readers via Ethernet and supplies Power over Ethernet (PoE) to authorize users' floor selection. It supports Ethernet LAN speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, provides PoE power delivery of 7 W per port, and operates on a 50 V supply with a 1.2 A current rating. The device includes digital inputs for car status and emergency signaling and is intended for integration into building access control systems.

Advantages

The UA-SK-Elevator allows centralized authorization of elevator floor access while delivering PoE to in-car readers, reducing the need for separate power wiring. Its support for gigabit Ethernet ensures compatibility with modern networks, and the built-in digital inputs enable monitoring of car status and emergency conditions. The reader supports up to 18 floors, providing sufficient capacity for most mid-rise installations.

Suitable for

• Office buildings with centralized access control
• Residential complexes with elevator access restrictions
• Mid-rise properties requiring up to 18-floor authorization
• Retrofit projects where PoE simplifies installation

Key specifications

How to use

Install the UA-SK-Elevator in the elevator control area and connect it to the building Ethernet network. Use standard network cabling to link the unit to the in-elevator readers; the device will provide PoE to compatible readers and handle authorization for floor selection. Configure network settings and access-control parameters via the central management system or controller according to the building's security policy. Verify digital input connections for car status and emergency signals and test functionality before commissioning.

Recommendations

Place the UA-SK-Elevator on a protected network segment and ensure firmware is up to date. Use PoE-capable switches rated to supply the required 7 W per port, and follow local electrical and fire-safety codes when connecting digital inputs for emergency circuits. For installations exceeding 18 floors, use additional controllers or a compatible elevator access architecture.
