How to use

Mount the reader at an appropriate height near the controlled entry and connect it to the building access control panel following the system wiring diagram. Enroll authorized proximity cards according to the control system procedures and set up PIN codes through the controller or management software. To operate, present a registered proximity card to the reader and, if configured, enter the assigned PIN on the keypad to complete authentication. Regularly verify that connections and seals remain intact to maintain IP65 protection.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, position the reader under minor shelter if possible to reduce direct exposure to heavy rain and sunlight, and perform periodic cleaning of the keypad and card sensing area. Use the device with compatible proximity credentials and integrate it into access control software that supports card and PIN workflows for centralized management and audit logging.
