Αμφίπλευρη ταινία Tesa 04952-00533-00 50 m x 19 mm, ακρυλική κόλλα

Tesa double-sided tape 04952-00533-00 is a 50 m long, 19 mm wide roll with an acrylic adhesive formulated for permanent bonding. The slim, uniform adhesive layer provides a low-profile connection suitable for mounting, fixing and laminating across a variety of substrates. The long roll length reduces the need for frequent replacements during professional or DIY projects while the consistent width ensures even application along joins and edges.

Advantages

The acrylic adhesive offers strong, long-lasting adhesion and maintains performance over time and under varied temperature conditions. The narrow 19 mm width is practical for precise applications where a thin adhesive line is required. A 50 m roll provides extended usage for multiple tasks without frequent roll changes, and the tape backing supports easy handling and cutting to length for on-site adjustments.

Suitable for

• Mounting trims, nameplates and lightweight profiles
• Laminating thin decorative films and overlays
• Fixing panels, foams and textile edges in interior projects
• General bonding where a discreet, permanent joint is required

Key specifications

• Length: 50 m
• Width: 19 mm
• Adhesive type: acrylic
• Bonding: permanent
• Backing: slim adhesive carrier suitable for narrow joints

How to use

Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease or release agents before application. Cut the required tape length and apply pressure evenly along the bond line to promote full contact between the adhesive and substrates. For best results, apply firm hand pressure or a roller to activate the adhesive and ensure immediate tack. Allow the bonded assembly to rest without load for initial curing as recommended for acrylic adhesives to reach full strength over time.

Recommendations

For optimal adhesion, test the tape on a small area of each substrate prior to full application, especially on low-energy plastics or painted surfaces. Avoid application at extreme temperatures; moderate room temperature and clean surfaces improve long-term performance. When joining heavy components or in outdoor exposed applications, evaluate mechanical fastening or a combination of adhesives to meet load and environmental requirements.
