Αμφίπλευρη ταινία 3M FT-0024-8028-1 με φορέα αφρού 66 m x 15 mm κρεμ

3M FT-0024-8028-1 Foam Carrier double-sided tape is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with a foam core, 66 meters long and 15 millimeters wide in cream color. The tape is intended for indoor bonding, mounting and sealing tasks where a thin, conformable foam carrier is required to fill small gaps and accommodate slight surface irregularities. It adheres to a variety of substrates and provides a discreet, low-profile joint when a concealed bond is needed.

Advantages

The foam carrier delivers conformability and light gap-filling capability while maintaining a stable bond between joined surfaces. The pressure-sensitive adhesive enables quick application without curing time. The tape’s narrow width supports precision placement in assembly or repair operations and the cream color blends with light-colored surfaces. Its continuous roll format provides long run length for repetitive use and reduces the need for frequent restocking.

Suitable for

• Indoor mounting of trims, panels and lightweight components
• Sealing small seams and gaps where a thin foam is acceptable
• Temporary or permanent bonding of metals, plastics and painted surfaces
• Electronics assembly and light mechanical repairs requiring thin double-sided tape

Key specifications

• Carrier type: foam, conformable
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive, double-sided
• Length: 66 m
• Width: 15 mm
• Color: cream
• Intended use: indoor bonding, mounting and sealing

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, oil or release agents before application. Cut the required length from the roll and remove one release liner to position the tape on the substrate. Apply firm pressure across the tape to achieve initial adhesion, then remove the remaining liner and press the second surface into place. For best results, apply at room temperature and allow pressure to develop over several minutes. Avoid stretching the tape during application to maintain consistent bond strength.

Recommendations

Use on compatible, stable substrates and avoid prolonged exposure to direct outdoor weathering or high humidity. For heavy loads or structural joins, evaluate mechanical fasteners or thicker structural adhesives. Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and use within the manufacturer’s recommended shelf life for optimal performance.
