AJA IO-XPAND θήκη επέκτασης βίντεο I/O για Io Express

When your AJA Io Express needs more connectivity than its built-in ports can provide, the IO-XPAND expansion chassis steps in to unlock the full potential of your video and audio workflow. This desktop unit connects directly to your Io Express via a proprietary cable, instantly adding a comprehensive array of professional inputs and outputs for SD and HD video, balanced analog audio, and AES/EBU digital audio. Whether you're capturing from legacy analog sources, monitoring on broadcast monitors, or integrating with a larger studio infrastructure, the IO-XPAND delivers the signal routing flexibility required in demanding production environments.

Who is it for

The IO-XPAND is ideal for video professionals, broadcast engineers, and post-production facilities that rely on the AJA Io Express interface but need expanded I/O capabilities. It suits those working with mixed signal types—SDI, HDMI, component, composite, S-Video, balanced XLR audio, and AES/EBU—and who require genlock synchronization for multi-device setups. Its desktop form factor makes it perfect for edit suites, mobile rigs, and equipment racks where space is at a premium.

Tips

To ensure optimal performance, always use the included proprietary cable to connect the IO-XPAND to your AJA Io Express. For multi-device synchronization, connect a genlock source to the reference input. When working with balanced analog audio, use high-quality XLR cables to minimize noise. The external AC adapter should be connected to a stable power source, and the chassis should be placed on a flat, ventilated surface to prevent overheating.
