Αισθητήρας βύθισης testo 0628 7510 από Testo, εύρος θερμοκρασίας -20 έως 70°C

Immersion probe testo 0628 7510 by Testo measures temperatures from -20 to 70°C and is intended for immersion and contact measurements in liquids and semi‑solids. The probe is compatible with Testo instruments and data loggers that accept this sensor type, providing a stable temperature input for laboratory checks, food service monitoring and HVAC verification. Its compact design and corrosion‑resistant sensing tip simplify insertion and positioning for routine measurements and process control.

Advantages

The probe offers a wide usable temperature range of -20 to 70°C, ensuring reliable readings across common laboratory and food‑service conditions. Its construction prioritizes fast thermal response and mechanical durability for repeated immersion and contact use. The sensor is designed for straightforward connection to compatible Testo devices, enabling consistent data capture and integration with existing measurement workflows.

Suitable for

• Immersion temperature checks in liquids such as water, oils and beverages
• Contact measurements in semi‑solid foods and viscous media
• Temperature verification during food preparation, storage and transport
• Laboratory routine measurements and HVAC system temperature checks

Key specifications

• Measurement range: -20 to 70°C
• Sensor type: immersion/contact probe for compatible Testo instruments
• Construction: compact body with corrosion‑resistant sensing tip suitable for liquids and semi‑solids
• Intended use: insertion/ contact measurement for process monitoring and quality control

How to use

Connect the probe to a compatible Testo instrument or data logger according to the instrument’s connector type and instructions. Immerse the sensing tip into the medium or place it in contact with the sample surface until the reading stabilizes. For immersion measurements, ensure sufficient insertion depth to reach the representative point of the liquid and avoid contact with vessel walls or heat sources. Allow a short stabilization time for the sensor to reach thermal equilibrium before recording the measurement.

Recommendations

Rinse and dry the probe between measurements to prevent cross‑contamination when switching between different samples. Avoid bending the sensing tip sharply and follow the instrument manufacturer’s guidance for connection and storage. For food industry use, verify cleaning procedures and compatible disinfectants to maintain sensor performance and hygiene.
