ACT Λευκό καλώδιο patch U/UTP CAT5E 7 μέτρων με βύσματα RJ45

The ACT White 7 meter U/UTP CAT5E patch cable (IB5407) is a 7 m network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for fast Ethernet connections. The cable uses U/UTP CAT5E construction with AWG#24 conductors and a PVC sheath. White RAL 9016 finish and 50 µ gold-plated contacts provide reliable signal transmission and corrosion resistance for typical home and office network setups.

Advantages

This patch cable combines standard CAT5E performance with durable materials: 24 AWG conductors for consistent data transfer, a PVC outer sheath for mechanical protection, and 50 µ gold-plated contacts on RJ-45 plugs to improve contact reliability. At 7 meters length it offers flexibility in device placement without active extension equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers, switches, and NAS devices within homes or small offices
• Ethernet networks using 100BASE-TX and similar Fast Ethernet applications
• Patch panels and structured cabling segments requiring CAT5E-rated links

Key specifications

• Cable type: U/UTP CAT5E
• Length: 7 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 — both ends
• Conductor size: AWG 24
• Contacts: 50 µ gold-plated
• Sheath material: PVC
• Colour: White (RAL 9016)

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the network ports of your devices until the retaining clip engages. Use straight, untwisted routing where possible and avoid tight bends near the connectors. For fixed installations, route the cable along cable channels or under desks to minimise mechanical strain; for temporary connections simply lay the cable between devices ensuring it is not pinched by furniture.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable runs below recommended maximum lengths for Ethernet segments, avoid running parallel to high-voltage power cables, and replace the cable if connectors or sheath show visible damage.
