ACT 22 μέτρα LSZH πολύτροπο 50/125 OM3 duplex καλώδιο patch οπτικής ίνας με βύσματα LC

The ACT 22 meter LSZH Multimode 50/125 OM3 Duplex LC fiber patch cable provides a long-reach optical link for indoor network installations. It uses multimode 50/125 core/cladding geometry optimized for OM3 performance and comes with duplex LC connectors on both ends. The 22 m length enables connections between racks, switches and patch panels across data centers, wiring closets and open office spaces. The low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) outer jacket reduces hazardous emissions in confined areas, supporting safer deployment where fire regulations or indoor air quality are a concern.

Advantages

The cable combines OM3 multimode performance with duplex LC terminations to deliver consistent, high-bandwidth short- to medium-range links for gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet systems. The LSZH jacket minimizes smoke and corrosive gas release in the event of a fire, and the assembled duplex format simplifies routing and connector management. Durable fiber buffering and factory-polished connectors ensure low insertion loss and stable optical performance over repeated matings and routine handling.

How to use

Route the duplex LC cable between the two intended ports, avoiding tight bends and securing the cable with appropriate ties or management panels to prevent strain. Align each LC connector with the device or patch panel adapter and insert until the latch clicks; confirm optical link status via device indicators or network management tools. For best optical performance, keep connector end faces clean — use a dedicated fiber cleaning tool or lint-free swab prior to connection. When removing the cable, depress the LC latch and pull straight to avoid bending the fiber at the connector.

Recommendations

Maintain bend radius greater than the manufacturer’s minimum (typically 10× cable diameter), store with gentle loops to avoid kinks, and use dust caps when connectors are not mated. For installations in pathways with strict fire-safety requirements, prefer LSZH jackets like this cable to reduce smoke and halogen emissions.
