19 inch Open Rack LANBERG 42U, βάθος 800 mm, πλάτος 600 mm, γκρι

LANBERG 19" open rack 42U, depth 800 mm, width 600 mm, grey is an open-frame server and network rack engineered for mounting standard 19-inch equipment. The rack offers 42U of usable height in a compact footprint (600 × 800 mm), combining sturdy steel construction with an open design that facilitates equipment access, cable routing and natural airflow. Its grey finish provides a neutral appearance suitable for data centres, server rooms and network closets where visibility and ventilation of mounted devices are important.

Advantages

The open-frame structure reduces airflow obstruction and simplifies heat dissipation without relying on doors or side panels. Front and rear mounting profiles are compatible with standard 19" rails and provide stable support for servers, switches, patch panels and other rack-mount devices. The rack’s compact depth and width allow installation in constrained spaces while still offering 42U vertical capacity. The steel construction ensures durability and load-bearing capability for typical IT equipment loads.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centres for mounting rack servers and network appliances
• Telecommunications and networking closets for switches and patch panels
• Test labs and equipment rooms requiring easy access and flexible cable management
• Edge installations where ventilation and quick equipment access are priorities

Key specifications

• Form factor: open-frame 19-inch rack
• Usable height: 42U
• External dimensions (approx.): width 600 mm × depth 800 mm
• Material: steel construction for frame and mounting profiles
• Colour: grey finish
• Mounting: front and rear 19" mounting profiles compatible with standard rack units
• Design: open sides and top for unobstructed airflow and easy cabling

How to use

Place the rack on a level, stable surface and ensure sufficient clearance around the unit for airflow and cable routing. Secure the rack to the floor or to stabilising brackets if required by local regulations or to increase stability for heavy equipment. Install 19" mounting rails or accessories at the needed heights and mount servers, switches and patch panels using appropriate cage nuts and mounting screws. Route power and network cabling through the open frame, using cable ties or management accessories to organise runs and prevent strain on connectors. Leave adequate space between heat-generating devices for improved ventilation.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, balance load distribution vertically and front-to-back, and use grounding and proper cable management. Consider adding rack shelves, power distribution units (PDUs) and blanking panels where necessary to support non-rackmount equipment and to improve airflow management. Regularly inspect mounting hardware and fastenings to maintain structural integrity.
