Watercool Heatkiller V υδρόψυκτρο GPU για RX 6800/6900XT, ARGB, χαλκός-ακρυλικό

The Watercool Heatkiller V GPU water block for RX 6800/6900XT is a full-coverage liquid cooling solution engineered for AMD Radeon RX 6800 and RX 6900 XT reference-layout graphics cards. It combines a copper cold plate with an acrylic top and integrated ARGB lighting to deliver direct coolant contact across the GPU core, memory modules and VRM area. The design aims to lower temperatures for sustained performance, reduce fan noise in air-free configurations and increase component longevity when used in custom water-cooling loops.

Advantages

The copper cold plate ensures efficient heat transfer from the GPU die and adjacent components, while the acrylic top provides visual access to the coolant flow and ARGB illumination. Direct liquid cooling across critical surfaces reduces thermal throttling and supports higher stable clock speeds under load. The block's construction is compatible with standard custom-loop fittings and mounting points for the specified AMD PCB layout, delivering a balance of cooling performance, reliability and aesthetic integration in a water-cooled system.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooling loops for AMD RX 6800 and RX 6900 XT graphics cards
• Users seeking lower GPU and VRM temperatures for overclocking
• Quiet PC builds that reduce or eliminate air cooling on the GPU
• Systems where component longevity and thermal stability are priorities

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Designed for AMD Radeon RX 6800 and RX 6900 XT reference-layout PCBs
• Cold plate material: Electrolytically pure copper for optimized thermal conductivity
• Top material: Transparent acrylic for visual coolant flow and ARGB diffusion
• Lighting: Integrated ARGB illumination with standard 3-pin/5V control header (verify motherboard/controller compatibility)
• Coverage: Full-cover design cooling GPU core, memory modules and voltage regulation components
• Fittings: G1/4 threaded ports compatible with common custom-loop fittings

How to use

Install the water block following the manufacturer's mounting instructions matched to the RX 6800/6900 XT reference PCB. Prepare the graphics card by removing the original air cooler and cleaning contact surfaces. Apply an appropriate thermal interface material between the GPU die and the copper cold plate and ensure thermal pads are positioned for memory and VRM contact where required. Mount the block securely using the supplied hardware, connect G1/4 fittings and integrate the block into the loop with proper coolant, tubing and pump. Connect the ARGB header to a compatible controller or motherboard header for lighting control.

Recommendations

Before powering the system, perform a pressure or leak test of the entire loop. Use coolant compatible with copper and acrylic components and follow recommended torque values for fittings and mounting screws. Monitor temperatures after first operation to confirm proper contact and cooling performance, and periodically inspect for leaks or degradation of thermal interfaces.
