Teltonika Telematics EYE Beacon ATEX Bluetooth ID Beacon για εκρηκτικές ατμόσφαιρες

Tracking assets in hazardous environments demands a beacon that can withstand explosive atmospheres while delivering reliable, long-range identification. The Teltonika Telematics EYE Beacon ATEX Bluetooth ID beacon is engineered for exactly this: certified for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 gas and dust environments, it provides robust Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) signals for asset tracking, personnel safety, and proximity marketing in industries like oil & gas, chemical plants, and mining.

Who is it for

This beacon is ideal for safety managers, asset tracking specialists, and IoT solution providers operating in ATEX/IECEx classified areas. It suits applications such as equipment monitoring, worker mustering, and location-based services where standard beacons cannot be used due to explosion risks.

Tips

For optimal battery life, set a longer advertising interval (e.g., 1 second or more) if real-time tracking is not critical. Use the built-in temperature sensor to monitor ambient conditions in hazardous areas and trigger alerts if thresholds are exceeded. Pair with Teltonika gateways or third-party BLE receivers for comprehensive asset visibility.
