The Thermaltake Pacific PR22-DDC Reservoir/Pump Combo is a combined reservoir and DDC pump unit designed for PC liquid cooling. The unit integrates a 300 ml, 210 mm-long transparent reservoir made from PMMA and a high-speed DDC pump rated at 4600 RPM. Constructed with PPS and PMMA materials, the combo offers a clear appearance and durable build while supporting standard G1/4" fittings and flexible mounting options for horizontal or vertical installation.

Advantages

The PR22-DDC provides a compact all-in-one reservoir and pump solution with a high-quality acrylic tank that tolerates working temperatures up to 55°C (131°F). Its 6 mm thick tube wall and robust construction allow the unit to withstand pressures up to 21.75 PSI. The top cap includes two predrilled G1/4" ports and rubber washers for reliable sealing, and it can be opened for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops requiring an integrated reservoir and DDC pump
• Systems where compact vertical or horizontal mounting is needed
• Builds that use G1/4" fittings and require a transparent reservoir for coolant visibility

Key specifications

• Reservoir length: 210 mm
• Reservoir capacity: 300 ml
• Pump type and speed: DDC, 4600 RPM
• Materials: PMMA (acrylic) tube, PPS components
• Fitting ports: two predrilled G1/4" ports
• Maximum working temperature (PMMA): 55°C / 131°F
• Maximum pressure resistance: up to 21.75 PSI

How to use

Install the Pacific PR22-DDC inside the chassis using the supplied brackets; the unit can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Connect tubing to the two G1/4" ports using compatible fittings, secure seals with the rubber washers on the top cap, and fill the reservoir with appropriate coolant. Power the DDC pump according to your power header or pump controller instructions and bleed air from the loop following standard liquid-cooling procedures. The top cap can be removed for full cleaning when needed.

Recommendations

Use coolant compatible with PMMA and PPS materials, avoid abrasive additives, and maintain regular maintenance and coolant replacement intervals to preserve performance and clarity of the reservoir.
