BitsPower BP-E90RMLA16 tubing is a brass component designed for custom PC liquid cooling loops. The part has a 16 mm outer diameter and a silver finish, intended for use with hard tubing runs and multi-link extension applications. As a metal tubing element, it routes coolant between water blocks, radiators and pumps while offering corrosion resistance and mechanical durability appropriate for high-performance cooling systems.

Advantages

The brass construction provides strength and long-term resistance to corrosion compared with some non-metal alternatives. The 16 mm outer diameter is compatible with hard tube OD 16 mm installations and multi-link extension designs, simplifying alignment and connection in rigid-loop layouts. The silver finish offers a neutral, metallic appearance that integrates with a range of build styles. The design emphasizes secure assembly when used with compatible fittings, and the component is RoHS compliant.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops using hard tubing with 16 mm outer diameter.
• Routing coolant between blocks, radiators and pumps in rigid-loop builds.
• Multi-link extension applications that require metal tubing sections.
• Systems where corrosion resistance and mechanical rigidity are required.

Key specifications

• Material: brass.
• Outer diameter: 16 mm.
• Finish: silver metallic.
• Intended use: rigid/ hard tube cooling runs and multi-link extensions.
• Compliance: RoHS.

How to use

Install the tubing as part of a hard-tube liquid cooling loop, using fittings and connectors rated for 16 mm outer diameter hard tubing. Measure and cut the hard tube to the required lengths, deburr cut edges and confirm proper fit with the brass tubing section and compatible compression or hard-tube fittings. Assemble the loop according to the cooling system layout, ensuring seals and connections are tightened to the manufacturer’s torque or hand-tightening guidelines for the chosen fittings. After assembly, perform a leak test with the system powered off and pump running to verify watertight connections before full operation.

Recommendations

Use this brass tubing only with hard tubes and fittings specified for 16 mm outer diameter; avoid mixing incompatible soft tubing or mismatched fittings. When cutting and fitting hard tubing, work slowly and check alignment to prevent stress on joints. Follow standard leak-test procedures and monitor the system after initial run-in to ensure long-term reliability.
