Singularity RM-SIS-1 silicone vibration dampers are engineered for AGB (reservoir) mounting brackets to reduce vibration transfer and limit resonance caused by pump and coolant flow. These silicone isolation pads provide mechanical decoupling between the reservoir and its bracket, helping to improve acoustic performance and protect mounting points in custom water-cooling loops where stable, low-noise fixation is required.

Advantages

The RM-SIS-1 pads are made from a resilient silicone formulation that absorbs and dissipates vibrational energy, reducing rattles and tonal noise without interfering with reservoir alignment. Their shape and thickness maintain a secure hold while allowing slight compression to compensate for minor mounting imperfections. Designed specifically for AGB bracket interfaces, the dampers preserve structural contact where needed and isolate vibrations where unwanted.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling reservoirs mounted on AGB brackets
• Builds where pump-induced vibration causes audible noise or resonance
• Systems that require mechanical decoupling to protect reservoir mounts and fittings
• Modding projects that demand improved acoustic performance without altering bracket geometry

Key specifications

• Material: silicone elastomer designed for vibration absorption
• Application: isolation pads for AGB/reservoir mounting interfaces
• Function: vibration damping and resonance reduction between reservoir and bracket
• Physical behavior: compressible to accommodate minor mounting tolerances while maintaining hold
• Compatibility: intended for typical reservoir bracket geometries used in custom water-cooling loops

How to use

Place the silicone pads between the reservoir and the AGB mounting bracket at the contact points before securing the reservoir with screws or clamps. Ensure the pads are seated flat and aligned with the bracket contact areas so the damper material can compress evenly under mounting pressure. Tighten fasteners incrementally, checking that the reservoir remains aligned and that the pads are not over-compressed; adequate compression is sufficient to provide isolation while maintaining a secure mount.

Recommendations

For best results, inspect dampers periodically for signs of permanent deformation or wear and replace them if cushioning performance degrades. Avoid using solvents or sharp tools near the silicone pads during installation to prevent damage. If you experience excessive movement after installation, verify fastener torque and pad placement rather than increasing compression beyond a snug fit.
